Responsibilities:

  • Provide general clerical and administrative support to the Property Management team in head office
  • Handle payment and invoice processing
  • Coordinate training courses for property site staff

Requirements:

  • Higher Certificate / Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year’s relevant working experience in handling administrative work
  • Detailed-oriented, well-organized, hard working with good interpersonal skill
  • Good command of both spoken & written in English and Chinese
  • Good at MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Immediately available is highly preferable
