l   Provide general office administrative & secretarial duties.

l   Maintain up-to-date system.

l   Assist to arrange meetings & appointments and prepare presentation materials.

l   Undertake other duties if request.

l   Update the database


l   Form 5 or equivalent. Formal secretarial training is preferable.

l   Relevant working experience is preferable, but not a must.

l   Well-organized, efficient and systematic.

l   Good in interpersonal & communication skills.

l   Proficiency in PC skills, particularly on Word, Excel, Graphics & Chinese Word Processing.

l   Good command of written English and Chinese. Fluent in English & Cantonese.
