Required Qualifications and Skills
Job Responsibilities Included (but not limited to):
  • Provide secretarial support to the HR & Administration Department and support service(s) for maintaining daily office administration;
  • Handle general enquiries about HR & Administration Department and data entry;
  • Responsible for enrollment and administration of school’s medical and dental scheme;
  • Responsible for organizing travel arrangements (e.g. booking flight tickets/hotels/visa applications etc.);
  • Manage attendance and personnel records and generate HR reports;
  • Carry out other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.

Required Qualifications and Personal Attributes:
  • Graduate of Form 6 (HKDSE) or Form 7 (HKAL) or above;
  • Possess knowledge of MS office and word processing (Chinese & English);
  • Be cheerful, self-motivated, detail-minded and independent;
  • Be willing to learn;
  • Good command of both spoken Chinese and English is preferred;
  • Fresh Graduate with positive attitude will also be considered.
