Clerk

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls: including general enquires and customer service
  • Greeting walk-in guest
  • Maintain membership information
  • Prepare customer statement
  • Prepare daily transaction summary
  • Bank-in daily transaction
  • Input data entry POS/Excel
  • Liaise with POS team
  • Update POS data / customer information
  • Order, purchase and keep stock of office equipment and stationary for both office, shops and workshop

Requirements

  • 5 or above with good English and Chinese
  • Familiar with MS Office
  • Good telephone manner & teamwork
  • Hardworking, self-initiative, responsible, polite, independent
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience is desirable
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Working location: Aberdeen
