The appointee will be required to: 

(a) provide administrative support for a wide range of service-learning and leadership activities, including conferences, forums, talks and workshops, etc.;

(b) assist in handling financial matters relating to purchasing and costing estimation;

(c) perform daily operational matters of the general office, e.g. inventory record keeping, enquiries handling, data entry and filing;

(d) provide clerical support for committee meetings;

(e) maintain an effective filing system; and

(f) perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of Office or his delegates.


Applicants should:

(a) have five passes in HKCEE including English Language (at least Grade C if Syllabus A; Level 2 if results are obtained from 2007 onwards), Chinese Language (Level 2 if results are obtained from 2007 onwards) and Mathematics; or a combination of results in five HKDSE subjects of Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects / “Attained" in Applied Learning subjects / Grade E in Other Language subjects, and the five subjects must include English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics;

(b) have a fair command of both spoken and written English and Chinese and knowledge of Putonghua;

(c) be proficient in computer applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing, with knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop being an advantage;

(d) have an outgoing personality and good social skills; and

(e) have good communication and interpersonal skills.

Remuneration and Conditions of Service

A highly competitive remuneration package will be offered. Initial appointment will be on a fixed-term gratuity-bearing contract. Re-engagement thereafter is subject to mutual agreement. Applicants should state their current and expected salary in the application.
