  • Provide full spectrum of office administrative support, including office supplies handling and office equipment & facilities maintenance etc
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to procurement function
  • Prepare and update maintenance records and other necessary documents
  • Coordinate with frontline workers and contractors to carry out installation and maintenance works
  • Perform daily clerical duties and other ad hoc projects as assigned


  • F.5 / HKDSEE or certificate in related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of office administration experience gained in sizable company
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Mature and pleasant personality, detail-minded, good time management and able to complete tasks under tight schedule
  • Immediate available is preferred
