We are looking for an energetic staff to handle the clerical works of our Company and our clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform general clerical duties including scanning, filing and typing.
  • Perform typing duties in Chinese or English
  • Provide administrative support to the company such as ordering stationery
  • Flexible working hours from Mondays to Fridays
  • Other ad-hoc projects or responsibilities assigned

Requirements

  • Student of Diploma Holder or above
  • Minimum 1 years' relevant working experience
  • Proficient in the use of PC especially in MS Excel and MS Word is a MUST
  • Pleasant, detail-oriented, self initiative and strong sense of responsibility
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese
