Clerk/Administrative Assistant (5 days work)

The Job :

  • Prepare sales quotation, provide secretarial support to Sales Team, handle customers enquiries
  • Prepare rental invoice including data entry and documents filing
  • Handling sales invoices


The Person :

  • Secondary school graduate or above
  • Minimum with 1 year working experience
  • Proficiency in Excel & Word (Chinese preferable)
  • Good typing skill
  • Willing to work under pressure and tight schedule
  • Self motivated, hardworking, & well-organized
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Junior Clerk
