The appointee will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to alumni affairs, fundraising and The EdUHK Foundation. Duties include updating and maintaining database; assisting in compilation of reports and organising events and activities; and performing any other duties as assigned by supervising officers. The appointee may be required to work outside normal office hours/at weekends.
Applicants should have Level 2 or equivalent or above in 5 subjects including Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics in the HKDSE; or Grade E (Level 2) or above in 5 subjects including Chinese, English (Syllabus B) and Mathematics in HKCEE or equivalent. They should be competent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua); and literate in computer applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. They should also have good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work independently. Multi-tasking and attention to details are essential. Relevant experience in administration gained in tertiary institutions will be an advantage.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include leave and outpatient medical benefits.
