The appointee is required to provide support to educational research projects and liaise with project collaborators and partners. He/she is also required to perform daily administrative duties and any other duties related to the projects. The appointment will be for a period of 3 months starting from December 2016 with the possibility of renewal subject to mutual agreement.
Applicants should have Level 2 or equivalent or above in 5 subjects including Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics in the HKDSE; or Grade E (Level 2) or above in at least 5 subjects including Chinese, English (Syllabus B) and Mathematics in HKCEE or equivalent. Applicants with Higher Diploma or above and several years of post-qualification working experience are preferred. They should have a good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. They should also be literate in computer applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and others (e.g. Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator); able to work under tight timeline; and have strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Independence, multi-tasking and attention to details are essential. Experience in event organization is an advantage.
