The client services team are responsible for managing frontline relationships across all our clients. From supporting users on how to maximise the value they get from the product, to pro-actively engaging with clients to help secure renewals, upticks and expanding the Dealogic footprint. The Origination group works the breath of the investment banking space (M&A, ECM, Fixed Income and Coverage and Strategy teams).
The Client Associate is responsible for managing frontline relationships with our clients and serving as the product expert. This includes dealing with client queries, training new users, identifying and resolving issues and working with the wider team and colleagues to help broaden the relationship within the clients
They are responsible for client satisfaction and revenue retention driving new business growth through greater advocacy and reference-ability. As well as influencing future lifetime value through higher product adoption, client satisfaction and overall health
Understand Dealogic’ s client base and work to strengthen and broaden the relationship through supporting, training and dialogue with key users and contacts
Drive daily client product and technical support through email, phone and in person
Identify issues and potential concerns in the relationship and work to rectify these
Work to migrate clients to the newest Dealogic products
Provide daily monitoring support to ensure all systems are performing as expected
Client Relationship Management
Identify and appropriately escalate client feedback
Work with other members of the client services and sales team to identify opportunities to increase the footprint of the product throughout all covered clients
Identify referrals and cross-selling opportunities
Participate in product validations to prospective clients
Expert on Dealogic Cortex and legacy products
Market trend analysis and generation of weekly ECM reviews
Communicate to clients the value proposition of products, client success stories and use cases
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Excellent standard of spoken and written English
- 1-2 years proven experience working in a client facing role, working for a consulting firm is a plus
- Affinity or interest in working with Technology product, Capital Markets and Investment Banking
- Strong work ethic, Detail orientated and a real team player
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible with the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise due to conflicting demands
- Determined in the face of objection
- Problem-solver with a focus on delivering results
- Strong influencing skills
- Proven capability to work on own initiative
