Responsibilities:

  • Handle telephone calls, reception enquiries and guest greeting in a professional manner;
  • Provide administrative support including conference room reservation, courier & mailing and general meeting arrangement;
  • Conduct F&B purchasing and facilities management;
  • Handle any ad hoc duties assigned to meet the company’s needs

Requirements:

  • Form 6 or above, with 1 year of relevant experience preferred;
  • Customer-oriented, pleasant personality with excellent telephone manner, good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Self-motivated, good attitude, responsible and able to work as a team player
  • Familiar with MS word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
