The Job

  • Engage customer as a Service Engagement Specialist to drive innovative solution on workflow automation and paperless solution. 
  • Work closely with Account Delivery Managers and Account Consultants, to lead and take a strategic perspective to drive innovation by capturing customer’s key document intensive processes through Workflow Assessment Service.
  • Proactively prepare and present the best practices and experience sharing on the benefits of digital transformation and service-led culture.
  • Lead on ‘Continuous Improvement and Innovation’ of service delivery processes and standards in accordance to the Service Delivery framework.
  • Maintain a good customer relationship and customer service satisfaction.
  • Maximize same account growth opportunities by actively capture customer’s challenge then to generate lead on business opportunity to the Subject Matter Expert across line of business.

The Person

  • Degree holder in Business Admin, Business Management, IT or related disciplines
  • At least 2-3 years business development or sales experience.
  • Knowledgeable in managed print service businesses and / or business workflow in FSI industry and / or sizeable enterprise, etc
  • Good problem solving, questioning and analytical skills with positive attitudes to achieve business results
  • Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong commitment, ownership and self motivated personality
  • Good command in both written and spoken English is essential
  • Solutions selling techniques and Leans Six Sigma certification is highly preferred
