Client Engagement Executive

Are you a confident and strong communicator individual that is looking to move into a Sales or Account Management position?

Our client, a Financial media group with international presence is currently looking to hire a Client Engagement Executive to support their growth within the APAC region. As a Client Engagement Executive, you will be working alongside the Account and Sales manager, and be tasked to reach out and engage with the clients proactively, with the aim to increase their usage and reliance of the platform.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain smooth and excellent client's journey on the usage of the platform
  • Identify accounts that are on low usage or dormant through analytic tool and engage these accounts to gather feedback or provide solutions
  • Achieve activity based KPIs on client engagement and delivery on expectations
  • Engage client through phone calls, emails and potential face to face meetings to showcase the benefits in greater usage of the online platform
  • Ensure all clients record are evaluated and up-to-date
  • Assist in both renewals and new accounts on-boarding and issue resolution directly with clients

A suitable Client Engagement Executive will have:

  • Degree level education with 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in any customer servicing role
  • Strong communicator, fluent in English language is mandatory
  • Good administration skills, proactive and a team player
