Client Experience Officer

  • Assist in supervising the overall productivity of both operations in Hong Kong and Shenzhen

  • Good work attitude and telephone manner
  • Excellent written and spoken skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Well-verse with PC skills and MS Office applications
  • Good inter-personal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and target-driven
  • Able to work under pressure and independently
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
