Client Manager (Property – Residential)

Responsibilities:
The incumbent will assist in leading a team to perform day-to-day operations and sales launch execution. Specific duties include:
- Develop, provide and maintain pleasant and quality customer journey
- Provide training to team members and partner with different other teams to ensure excellent service and customer experience
- Establish strategic action plan & formulate sales strategies to increase sales opportunities and maintain sales pipelines
- Keep abreast of market information and trends, and advise on strategies
- Ensure excellent after-sales service
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Surveying or other relevant discipline and with Estate Agent’s License
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience with proven successful sales track record of high-end residential properties
- Proactive, analytical, result-oriented and detail mindset with good commercial sense
- Excellent negotiation and bargaining skills
- Strong teamwork, leadership and motivation skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
