Client Onboarding Manager, 9 months contract

One of our top tier investment-banking clients is seeking for a Client Onboarding Manager for a contract role till end of March 2019. Contract extension is subject to the business needs and candidate performance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage pipeline and its execution, in cooperation with client relationship manager and Client Onboarding operations
  • Identify, summarise and escalate process issues with local contacts and regional lead and implement improvements
  • Handle complex and sensitive cases as case manager
  • Prepare regular status reports for local and regional management
  • Complete pre-signing/closing activities and initial transaction setup in accordance with bank's operating procedures and checklists.
  • Responsible for the set up and ongoing management of a portfolio of assigned transactions in the area Corporate Trust

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years corporate banking or relevant experiences
  • Experienced team leader, knows how to utilise the team capacity and skills efficiently and to its full effect
  • Highly structured and ability to prioritize in a hectic environment
  • Experience in Client Onboarding, particularly specializing in institutional clients is highly preferred
  • Excellent written communication and reasoning skills, with attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively at varying levels of seniority within the organisation
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English, (Cantonese and Mandarin is essential for HK)
  • Good negotiation skills, strong team player with the ability to collaborate and work dynamically across countries and regions.
