Client Relationship Manager, Global Strategic Clients

  • Develop, manage, secure & support the assigned strategic clients
  • Work with operations and other sales teams in maintaining service information to clients, improving the service quality and developing clients' process flow
  • Work closely with teams including operations, 3PL & product to deliver value to all stakeholders
  • Review KPIs & provide positive and constructive feedback to deliver improvements
  • Hold joint C/I workshops with clients to identify and implement process improvements
  • Monthly/Quarterly review of GP, and manage buy & sells rate to optimize profitability
  • Prepare management reports for analysis & recommendation


  • Degree holder or above with at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in handling Global / Regional Strategic Accounts is an absolute advantage
  • Knowledge of global freight forwarding operations and markets
  • Strong selling & presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills, resilient & result orientated
  • Good Team player, integrity, client focused
  • Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English & Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint
