Client relationship officer

IDEAL

Responsibilities:

  • Handling different needs of clients so as to improve customers' satisfaction
  • Day to day liaison and coordination with clients to ensure a consistent delivery of good service standards
  • Providing adequate support to the team for client relationships management
  • Ability to develop new channels of distribution is an advantage
     

Requirements

  • F6 or above with a Pass on Mathematics and Chinese/English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Mature, positive, self-motivated professionals with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Working experience with exposure in banking or finance services is an added advantage
  • Strong personal credibility in establishing business relationships with clients
