Client Segment Manager, Personal Banking

We are currently looking for Client Segment Manager, Personal Banking.

  • Execute the strategies being developed to grow Premium Banking segment
  • Develop and follow through all campaigns / initiatives to deliver the KPIs for the Premium and Personal Banking

1. Achieve Acquisition Target

  • Drive acquisition of Premium Segment, including New-to-Bank and Existing clients’ upgrade
  • Build business case and manage cost across sales and customer incentives
  • Design sales pitch/ sales angle and sales flow on acquisition
  • Develop, execute and monitor marketing programs to support acquisition activities
  • Identify and drive appropriate sales channels to achieve acquisition objective
  • Structure sales and customer incentives to enable acquisition
  • Structure product offers to enable acquisition and to facilitate product revenue agendas
  • Drive strategic alliance with third parties to source NTB customers
  • Drive AUM, revenue and product penetration of NTB
  • Develop appropriate sales models to facilitate customer acquisition/ hunting
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver the campaign objectives

2. Deepen Relationship through early engagement and use of analytics

  • Responsible for the early engagement roadmap to effectively engage clients and increase product penetration
  • Use analytics to better sub-segment the portfolio and drive enhancement on campaign effectiveness
  • Identify and utilize various customers’ touch point to enhance engagement and drive main bank relationship

3. Risk Management & Governance

  • Ensure strict compliance with all regulations and controls as set by the Bank and external regulatory authorities
  • Responsible for achieving and maintaining satisfactory audit rating where needed
  • Fully aware and comply to the Group Policy and relevant local statutory requirements, relevant money laundering procedures and controls are in place

4. Regulatory & Business conduct

  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.

  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Qualification

  • Solid Segment acquisition
  • Drive acquisition of Premium Segment with event management experience
  • Degree holder
  • Good in English, Chinese and Mandarin
