Client Service Associate (5-day work)

Responsibilities:

  • Attending to client queries and respond to regular inquires;
  • Collect client account documentation, check and follow up for documentation completion;
  • Process data entry with accuracy and maintain client accounts database;
  • Provide administrative support to client service team;
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree or Degree Holder is preferred;
  • Fresh graduates are welcome;
  • Detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills;
  • Willing to work hard and was eager to learn;
  • Familiar with MS Excel;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Immediate available is preferred.
