Client Service Executive (IPO service)

Responsibilities:

  •     Interacts with clients on specific jobs to ensure world-class service is delivered 
  •     Recognizes, manages and delivers service solutions on a day-to-day basis for specific jobs
  •     Collect missing documents from clients for IPO applications
  •     Monitors job status and follows-up using internal systems to ensure client needs met or exceeded
  •     Maintains on-going client relationships
  •     Performs other tasks as assigned by the company

Requirements:

  •     Diploma or above
  •     Minimum 1 year's customer service experience in a similar field
  •     Proficiency in basic MS Office applications required
  •     Native in Cantonese, proficient in English and Mandarin
  •     Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with tight deadlines and effectively in a team environment
  •     Able to work on shift (guaranteed shift allowance)
