Position: Client Service Manager / Client Service Executive
Responsibilities: To be the key contact person to provide after-sale service to clients. Answer client inquiries on product and service problems, provide support and resolve complaints. Maintain client relationship and boost sales volume - Review service contracts and explore for business opportunities through new products & services update, cross-selling, up-selling.
$15K-35K. 5-day. Medical. Bonus
2-8 years experience in account services / sales & marketing / customer services
Relevant experience in I.T. & Telecommunication industry will be an advantage but not a must.
Excellent client management skills
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Proficient in English and Chinese
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Client Service Manager / Client Service Executive
