With the rapid expansion in Hong Kong, they are looking for a fluent English speaking and experienced customer service officer from financial institutions to join the team.
Handle inbound enquiry calls from members and high-net worth clients
Manage personal investing premium accounts
Understand customer needs and provide professional advice
Provide solutions and route calls to respective department
Support in administrative and clerical duties
1 year or above client servicing experience from financial institutions/ banks
Bachelor degree holder
Trilingual - Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Strong customer service mindset
Passionate and self-motivated
Great international exposure
Learning opportunity in investing products
Nice and friendly working environment
5 days work, steady working hours 9am - 6pm
15 days or above Annual leave
