Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints
  • Provide comprehensive and professional phone banking services to premier customers
  • Develop good relationships with clients through different channels (e.g. Phone / Email)
  • Recommend appropriate financial solutions to customers
  • Carry out orders and follow up in a prompt action
  • Resolve customer disputes or complaints

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are welcomed
  • Financial institution or customer service experience are preferred 
  • Effective communication and problem solving skills
  • Able to work under a fast-paced environment 
  • Willing to perform shift duties, including weekends and public holidays if required
