Job Responsibility

  • Provide sales support service to underwriters and bank partners' salesmen and relationship managers for marine, non-marine and fine art insurance businesses
  • Provide quality hotline service to bank partner's customers to ensure optimum customer satisfaction
  • Prepare, follow up and submit closing instructions with bank customers and staff, and underwriters
  • Follow up outstanding premium
  • Agent coding creation and maintenance
  • Prepare various reports including call reports, production reports, where applicable
  • Arrange reinsurance related matters according to guideline, where appropriate
  • Involve in various projects and initiatives including those in system related area assigned by superiors


Requirement
  • Higher Diploma, Associate Degree or above
  • Preferably with 1 year experience in insurance industry
  • ANZII / Senior ANZII is preferable
  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good team player
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Sales Support Officer
