CLIENT SERVICE & OPERATIONS MANAGER
Our client is an international brokerage with an international presence. To cope with their business expansion, they are seeking an outstanding candidate to join them.
Supervise and manage the licensed representative team providing customer support for equities, options & futures trading, account opening and processing, and funding. Provide customer service via emails, phone calls in a timely and professional way. Assess the dynamic needs of the operation, identify issues or processes impacting operation efficiency. Provide recommendations for process improvement and resolve the issues independently. Manage projects and work closely with the various teams in the US on implementation. Provide coaching and feedback sessions, performance appraisals, training and support to team members. Ability to motivate and lead team members in order to achieve business goals. Exercise independent decision making and effective problem solving skills when dealing with vital client escalations. Ability to make sound business decisions and enforce company policies in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures.
To qualify for the position, you should be a Degree holder with around 10 years of relevant working experience in the financial industry. With management experience. Experience in dealing with retail clients preferred. Strong sense of responsibility and self-initiation. Good team player who always strive to improve and deliver better experience to both internal and external clients. Fluent in written and spoke English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Holder of SFC Type 1 & 2 licenses.
