This well-established Australian asset management firm is looking for seasoned and sincere client service representative to join their team due to great success in their business. You will be serving 2 client advisors in director level with great worklife balance.

job scope.
As the client service representative in a well-established Australian asset management firm, your key responsibility will be:
  • Develop professional, friendly, helpful and service-orientated relationships with the owners, managers and staff of referral agents and partners
  • Attend marketing events with CRMs and present about the firm and its products whenever possible
  • Update the team about any request and communication received from clients, referral agents and partners before reacting to it
  • Act as main contact point of Hong Kong office including communication with the landlord/agent, meeting scheduling, meeting room booking and courier/mail/parcel collection and sending
  • Undertake the client on-boarding process
    • Send new investor email to team
    • Prepare confirmation of investment and save down on SharePoint
  • Provide daily services to existing investors and new investors
    • Filling application forms,
    • Conduct KYC/AML
    • Process direct debit
    • Confirm receipt of funds
  • Assist with client reporting and communication in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist with translations as required
  • Join in the daily International Marketing call

requirements.
  • Relevant experience working in wealth/asset management/private banking/family office.
  • Experience in dealing with HNW individuals in the region highly desirable
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Ability to work closely with a tightknit team in both China and Australia
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
  • Good team player
  • Experience with CRM systems and email automation system highly desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrate honesty and integrity at all times
