Client Service Representative (Pensions - Call Centre)

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls from and to members, employers and others, and handling enquiries at the walk in counter in timely, courteous, efficient, effective and professional manner
  • Achieve expected standards of service and also meet standards in terms of quality, cost effectiveness and compliance with legislative requirements when completing assigned work/tasks

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above
  • At least 2 years working experience, preferably in financial service / pension industry
  • Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good PC skills in Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Good communication skills
