Establish a strong business relationship with existing clients, drive for new business opportunities and maintain a high level of client satisfaction by understanding the client’s issues, advise and deploy different consultative strategies to offer the best solutions available based on comprehensive range of services that the Firm can offer.
Promote existing and new professional services via various marketing channels (traditional and online)
Assist superiors in preparing reports, project proposals, responses to RFP’s, tenders and invoices, etc.
Keep track of client’s change of service requirements and ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner
Keep superiors and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations; and
Provide necessary supports in organizing and running of internal and external events.
Requirements:
Degree holder, preferably with the major in business administration, accounting, finance, marketing, etc.
Possesses at least 1 year of relevant experience in client servicing, marketing, business development, or project coordination
Past working experience in a capacity of professional servies industry will be an advantage
A more senior position will be offered to more experienced and qualified candidate.
