Our international client base consists of asset managers, hedge funds, private equity, funds, family offices, broker-dealers, insurers, wealth managers and investment banks.

We are looking to recruit the following position in Hong Kong:

Client Services Associate

Key responsibilities

  • Develop proposals and letters of engagements (LoEs) for clients on a daily basis
  • Liaise with clients and professional parties, ensuring clients’ instruction and requirements are fulfilled
  • Coordinate meetings between the client and our various teams
  • Follow-up on corporate actions and understand the needs of clients
  • Liaise with various teams in delivering excellent services to our clients as well as potential clients
  • Manage our existing CRM system, marketing pipeline and client on-boarding process
  • To ensure the CRM database remains up to date and relevant
  • Coordination of our proposals, pitch materials and other marketing collateral
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned such as support during events


  • Experience in marketing, business development, client services or communications would be advantageous
  • Those with marketing experience in the financial industry would be a plus
  • Undergraduate degree required, with a focus in marketing, communications, or a related business field preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, consistently delivering high quality result
  • Professional client service manner, responsiveness, flexibility and adaptability
  • Solid English language communication and writing skills, with demonstrated ability to help create marketing collateral including email-based communications and proposal support materials. Spoken and written Mandarin would be advantageous
  • Attention to detail, organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn
