Strategically and proactively identify and acquire business opportunities for Business Process Outsourcing (‘BPO’) solution in existing client programs, maximize revenue for the company and secure and expands contracts with the clients
Aggressively broaden and develop his / her own leads which fit with the profitability requirement of company
Lead all support / operations parties to formulate the right-fit customized contact center solutions to cater customer’s business expansion needs through successful sales lead generation to service offerings
Provide account management to further enhance partnership with existing customer portfolios via understanding customer’s needs, analyzing market trends and conducting feasibility study to explore potentials and turn into real business.
Work collaboratively with functional teams and even other departments of HKT to ensure client projects are being executed smoothly to deliver contractual obligations and even to exceed customer’s expectation
Critically review and draft contracts and prioritize company goals to negotiate contractual terms and operational KPIs with client, so as to protect company interest and fight for the best terms for company
Degree or above
Minimum 5 years of solid Corporate Account or Service delivery Management experience in BPO industry, of which at least 3 years in managerial capacity Proven expertise in generating sales leads and successfully pitching for new business, with exposure to BPO industry and/or Contact Center solutions in Hong Kong and PRC
Proven expertise in corporate account management, generating sales leads and successfully pitching for new business, ability to communicate effectively and build strategic relationship with all levels
Solid experience in BPO industry and/or Contact Center solutions in Hong Kong and PRC
Able to probe client concerns and objectives and be able to design custom-made solution with company edge that could fulfill client business objectives.
Strong in tactical negotiations in both commercial and service aspects, able to write and present proposal and sales presentation with custom-made solutions for clients.
Good understanding of call center operation is a must.
Able to articulate contracts and be able to draft terms that show clear meaning to protect company interest.
Well-versed in relevant regulations, market’s best practices and business contract terms and conditions
Knowledge in business applications like CRM / contact centre solutions / BPO solutions an advantage
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin)
Business travelling is required
