As our Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for handling enquiries and requests from clients in a professional manner. Your responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Provide superior customer services and account maintenance;
  • Monitor customers’ engagement/satisfaction and provide insights from time to time to improve end-to-end customer experience;
  • Support our sales team in product promotion and reporting;
  • Keep abreast of local regulatory and industry developments that may impact the fund range;
  • Take up ad hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements:

  • SFC RA 1 & 2 license holder with minimum 3 years of Futures / Equities trading experience;
  • A good team player with excellent communication skill and proactive attitude;
  • Detail-minded, well-organized with strong sense of responsibility;
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Good command in spoken and written English & Chinese (Putonghua) a must;
  • Candidate with less experience or IANG visa will be considered as Client Services Officer
