We are currently seeking Client Services Officer for our Hong Kong Call Center of Excellence. The job holder is responsible for managing account receivable cases sent to overseas partners and/or service providers.


  • Liaise with overseas partners and/or service providers on case status
  • Maintain a good relationship with overseas partners and/or service providers
  • Handle customers’ enquires on case status
  • Prepare reports at customers’ requests
  • Participate in special projects as required

Job Requirements: 

  • Tertiary education or above
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Fluent Mandarin speaking a must
  • Customer Service or trading experience a plus
  • Organized, detail oriented and a team player
  • Possess good problem-solving and communication skills
  • Good PC skills
