Client Services Officer

Receivable Management Services (HK) Ltd

The incumbent is r esponsible for managing account receivable cases and communicating with our overseas partners and/or service providers.

Job Responsibilities:   

  • Handle inbound phone calls and customers’ enquiries
  • P repare reports at customers’ requests
  • Maintain a good relationship with customers and help Sales to grow key accounts
  • Communicate with sister offices on case status
  • Participate in special projects as required

  Job Requirements:     

  • Tertiary education or above
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin speaking an asset
  • Customer Service or trading experience a plus
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Fast learner and good team player
  • Good PC skills
  • Fresh Graduates will also be considered
