Consumer Testing Laboratories (Far East) Ltd.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicates with Clients / Customers regarding testing enquiries both in written and verbal formats.
  • Coordinate with Clients / Customers for non technical issues.
  • Timely communication to facilitate resolution of customer complaints and issues.
  • Record all Customer interactions and maintain Customer Relations Contacts in web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
  • Provide timely and high level quality of customer relations to both external and internal customers.
  • Any ad hoc projects as required.


  • Associate Degree or equivalent Customer Service experience (> 5 years)
  • A minimum of one year related experience
  • Prior experience with web-based CRM platform preferred
  • Well organized, detail oriented with good time management skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce system and/or other software for CRM
  • Able to handle stressful situation and good analytical skills
  • Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediately available is preferred
