Client Servicing Associate, 6 Months Maternity Cover

Responsibilities:

  • Handling travel arrangement for the sales team and clients
  • Compile weekly and monthly report for the sales team to review
  • Assist the team to resolve any operation or compliance related issues
  • Handle clients' enquiries by phone and email with professionalism
  • Prepare presentation materials with PowerPoint
  • To update all records into the database with accuracy

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 2 years solid experience in client servicing within the Financial Industry
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently
  • Multi-tasker, can handle stress and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
  • Immediate availability preferred
