Client Servicing Executive

The Job:

  • To assist in serving major customers for managing our service quality and delivery of agreed service quality indicators (SLA).
  • Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders and user representatives through regular customer visits.
  • To monitor service performance, and proactively managing service quality by coordinating with customers and internal parties.
  • To work with our Account Management team, ensuring the Account Manager is kept updated on situations and identify opportunities that contributes to the growth of the account.
  • To assist in conducting site audit to understand users requirements and prepare reports.

The Person:

  • Degree holder or above with at least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in B2B account servicing or customer service.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Customer focused, well-organized person with strong analytical and organization skills.
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Word, Powerpoint & Excel.
