Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high level of Customer Service
  • Engage in Technology Development and Delivery
  • Provide Technology Consulting and Planning


  • Experience in supporting Desktop and Laptop environment or Help Desk experience
  • Ability to work unsupervised & as member of wider team
  • Good , analytical and incident solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all customers at all levels
  • Interested to join I.T. industry
  • Fluent in speaking English will be an advantage
  • Fresh graduate is welcome and training will be provided
