Your role

The Operations Client Services Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for internal and / or external clients on post-trade execution services. The Client Services Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships and providing quality services in an accurate, efficient and timely manner, while consistently looking for opportunities to improve processes and delivery of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for internal and / or external business partners, clients, account managers and relationship managers within a highly regulated environment
  • Seek to deliver a best in class client experience, using innovative approaches to identify and address client needs
  • Consult with senior staff on complex issues
  • Ensure efficient issue resolution through research and proper escalation
  • Identify and recommend methods to improve processes, reduce risks, increase controls, and increase customer satisfaction
  • Commit to a culture of continuous improvement centered on client service

Your team

You will be working in the APAC Securities Middle Office. The team supports the Investment Banking securities businesses covering global markets and institutional clients. The team works closely with front to back office regionally and globally for managing internal and external client queries, trades allocation, confirmation exceptions and account opening. Our key objective is to deliver excellent client services with continuous improvement on process efficiency and risk control.

Your expertise

  • a university degree in finance.
  • Strong Communication; Fluent in English is a must
  • Strong Client Focus behavior; Solid interpersonal skills
  • Problem Analysis; Attention to detail; Ability to acquire new knowledge and skills effectively
  • Drive and Commitment; Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines;
