Clinic Receptionist/Cashier

Hong Kong Medical Consultants Limited


  • Greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, handle enquiries and patients’ registrations
  • Provide clerical support to doctors and nurses and follow up patients’ reports
  • Handle payment by cash, credit card, cheque etc.
  • Obtain and verifies insurance eligibility and benefits and records the information in the medical record
  • Assist clinic daily operations.  


  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant clinic experience preferred
  • Experience in insurance, e.g. pre-approval, guarantee of payment and claim adjudication, would be an advantage
  • Mature, pleasant, good telephone manners, team-player with strong interpersonal & multi-tasking skills
  • Willing to learn, hardworking and customer-oriented
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and conversational Putonghua
  • Good command of Clinic solution and hands-on PC knowledge
  • Immediate availability an advantage
  • 5.5 days work
