SkinCentral’s Clinical Assistants are highly-valued and professional team members with an important voice in this organization.  In this role, you will help to perform a variety of medical and cosmetic procedures, as well as certain clerical services. We are looking for an attentive and dedicated individual, with a fine-tuned sense of responsibility, the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere, and a commitment to delivering the highest quality medical and cosmetic care to our valued clients.

What You Can Bring To Us? 

• Assist Doctors with medical, cosmetic consultations procedures
• Perform  routine clinical and administrative tasks to assist with keeping the clinic running smoothly
• Educate patients about pertinent treatment and procedures
• Assist patients with their enquiries on various communication channels
• Front desk duties- be the faces of SkinCentral that we can be proud of

We need individuals who possess the following skillsets:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal skills  
• A good command of English, Cantonese & Putonghua (written and spoken) 
• Ability to work under high pressure and a good team player
• A growth mindset to pick up new skills and knowledge quickly
• Genuine interests in the field of medical and aesthetics treatments
