Cloud Engineer / O365 Support Engineer

  • Responsibility for the day to day operation of the Workplace Messaging components in the APAC 0365 implementation
  • Provide on going training and support to colleagues as all team members gain experience with new product suite
  • Primarily to work with other Workplace Systems team members 
  • Liaise with external consultants, IT vendors and other like roles within the Financial Services industry and particularly with our key third level support vendor, Microsoft
  • Provide consultancy and technical support to Business Units as required.
  • Accept direction from the Team Leader.


  • Extensive experience with: Windows 2008, 2012, 2016, Active directory, Exchange, EXO, Outlook, O365 cloud services, and expertise in the use of powershell.
  • Experience with: Wyse thin clients, Dell Desktops and Laptops
  • Strong technical writing skills and the ability to develop and maintain key relationships across the business.
  • Candidates with Office 365 migration experience would be a bonus.
