Responsibilities:

• Govern and provide guidance and technical advisory on cloud operations according to pre-defined policies and procedures, and industrial best practice
• Develop, regular review and enhance on the relevant procedures and scripting if applicable on cloud operation for cloud infrastructure and / or projects
• Provide guidance for operation team and work with cloud vendors to support on cloud operations, tickets, incidents, problems and system changes
• Maintain and develop automation using tools such as Terraform, Gitlab, etc.
• Responsible on cloud operations including experience in cloud environment, hybrid cloud environments and cloud migration projects at scale, particularly from an operational effectiveness and reliability perspective
• Project management for individual projects’ priorities, deliverables and deadlines

Requirements:

• Associate Degree or Degree in Computer Sciences, or Information Systems or related disciplines
• Over 5 Years in I.T. Industry, 5 years of relevant experience with infrastructure delivery and/or operations
• Any cloud certification (e.g. AWS, Azure), DevOps training and certification or automation tools product training is a plus.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure and cloud, principles, methodologies and relevant operational and troubleshooting
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
