Responsibilities :

  • To assist in the day-to-day operation and administration works of the Clubhouse
  • To handle the daily charges for facilities' admission fees and monthly program fees and compile reporting.
  • To answer Residents' enquires and handle their initial complaints
  • To assist in organizing recreation/ festival programs and activities
  • To do any other duties as assigned by senior management

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Hotel / Sports / Recreation Management discipline
  • At least 1 year experience in prestige clubhouse, hotel or similar establishments
  • Self-motivated, diligent, able to work independently
  • Hands-on experience in using MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Shift duty and work on weekends and public holidays are required
