Clubhouse Manager / Assistant Clubhouse Manager (Island Resort)


The successful candidate will be responsible for providing premier quality services and enhancing the lifestyle of residents via the residential clubhouse. The role involves:

  • Management and operation of a residential clubhouse to ensure top class customer service standards and efficient housekeeping.
  • Planning and implementing programs and activities which best meet the residents’ interests and preferences
  • Supervising the clubhouse team and building good communications with residents and guests


  • Degree with 5 years of solid experience in Clubhouse Management
  • Diploma in hotel, hospitality, sports &recreation, leisure or related disciplines with 6 years of relevant experience
  • Strong organization and leadership skills
  • Presentable, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
  • Creative and passionate in leading lifestyle programs / events
  • Shift duty and work on public holidays will be required
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Clubhouse Manager
