Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with customers for overdue and delinquent accounts payments
  • Perform dunning calls to collect delinquent accounts balances
  • Prepare regular report for management review
  • Provide administrative support to credit collection operations
  • Handle litigation matters in Small Claims Tribunal and prepare related reports

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • Experience in credit collection, call center or customer service is highly preferred
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Familiar with MS word, excel and Chinese word processing
  • Strong communication skill, interpersonal skills and be able to work under pressure
  • Immediate available is preferred
