Collection Manager

  • High Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any disciplines
  • At least 10 years experience in collection field, of which at least 5
years at managerial level
  • Experience in vehicle and equipment hire purchase, leasing, personal
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Mature and proactive with strong leadership skill
  • Strong negotiation and communication skill and able to work
  • Good knowledge of litigation procedures in HK & China

Job Duties:
  • Plan and take proactive actions to minimize company's credit risk
  • Lead and instruct a team of staff to follow up delinquent accounts
  • Identify potential problem accounts, review and implement effective
credit control policy
  • Work with internal parties to resolve customer's enquiry, dispute or
  • Liaise with (including monitor the work progress of) external parties
such as debt collection agents, repossession agents, solicitors and
government bodies
  • Streamline work flow and job allocation to improve efficiency
