Follow up repayment with delinquent customers by telephone dunning, written communications and outdoor visits
Monitor loans account and carry out appropriate actions for delinquent or problematic accounts
Assist in monitoring delinquency, loan losses and bad debt recovery
Provide administrative support and assist in any ad-hoc task assigned
Higher Diploma or above
Minimum 3 year’s relevant experience in consumer loans collection
Good telephone manner, mature and able to work independently
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good PC skills, fast and accurate typing
