Commercial Account Management (CAM) function under Customer Project Management department, is responsible for the management of all commercial activities related to its customers at GDAP. 

The customers expectation in terms of our product range has broadened continuously in APAC and we are looking for a person who are energetic to support our key customers such as Printing Plants, Central Banks, Commercial Banks, Casino, CIT and our distributors.

The responsibilities of this position is grouped by Project and Spare Parts:

 Responsibilities:

CAM specialist’s responsibilities (For Project):

  1. Contract and Sales order management: Take charge of Project Sales Order processing and Invoicing quickly, reliably and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Ensure payment protective measures under contractual obligations with Sales team.
  3. Purchase Order management: Process a Project Purchase Order and Goods receive. Maintain close monitoring and communication with Headquarter CAM’s team/vendors and internal logistics team to ensure dispatch schedule on track.
  4. Demo Management:  Handle ordering process of new demo purchase requisition. Prepare a loan agreement to customers and distributors and maintain on-loan status record update. 
  5. Maintain the update of Machine Installed base.
  6. Maintain the update of customer and product master in system.

CAM specialist’s responsibilities (For Spare Parts):

  1. Sales Order Management: Take charge of Spare parts Sales Order processing. Process a quotation, sales order and Invoice quickly, reliably and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
  2. Maintain the update of Spare Parts Price List to customers and distributors
  3. Purchase Order Management: Process a Spare Parts Purchase Order and Goods receive. Maintain close monitoring and communication with Headquarter CAM’s team/vendors and internal logistics team to ensure dispatch schedule on track.
  4. Repair Management: Take charge of Repair Order processing with customer/distributor and Headquarter CAM’s team/vendors/ internal repair team. Assure timely completion of repair order and accurate billing to customers/distributor
  5. Warranty Management: Handle Warranty claim processing with customer/distributor and Headquarter CAM’s team/vendors
  6. Maintain the update of customer and product master in system.

Job Requirements:

  1. Diploma holder in Business Administration or related discipline.
  2. At least 5 years’ experience in order processing functions.
  3. Strong inter-personal & communication skills.
  4. Self-motivated, well-organized, service-oriented, initiative and independent.
  5. Good analytical mind and business sense.
  6. Good command in both spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
  7. Proficiency in computer applications, & Chinese word processing.
